Since that time she has been on the discovery trail, searching for delicious food throughout Greater Western Sydney. Over time she has unearthed some real local gems and has witnessed a substantial increase in the variety and quality that Greater Western Sydney has to offer. A skilled communicator and marketing strategist, Kim has worked for over 20 years in the media industry.
