A bit difficult to find at first, but it’s a delight once you do due to the hearty, welcoming greeting you receive every time you walk through the door.

Tucked in amongst the shambolic industrial and homemaker strip that is Victoria Avenue, Coffee Trad3rs is a delightful discovery in this part of Castle Hill.

All Day Menu

Coffee Trad3rs Breakfast Big Feast

Everything on the menu is available all day. From the Mixed Mushroom Madness with goats cheese and beetroot puree that tastes too good to be healthy, to the Big Feast, which is an understatement. Delivered on a plate the size of a serving platter, the Big Feast includes slow-cooked brisket, crispy kale, perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, mushrooms, pumpkin and Brussel sprouts that were surprisingly tasty.

The Baked Eggs come engulfed in a delightful sea of tomato based sauce filled with spicy chorizo and roasted capsicum, and topped with cheese and fried crispy kale. With two types of crunchy toast supplied for dunking, this is a dish enjoyed best at a slow and relaxing pace.

Tempting Treats

If you’re feeling a bit more naughty, then the Beef Brisket Burger is a must try. Served in two formed discs full of lip-smacking flavour, topped with the sweetest onion jam, there is no question this is uniquely homemade. Or treat yourself to the deliciously sweet French Toast with bacon, caramelised banana, Persian fairy floss and vanilla gelato. The syringe of maple syrup allows you to have some extra fun, as there is maple syrup already on the dish.
